Our client is a leading SaaS vendor, they are seeking a motivated and organised Settlement/Sales Administrator to join a growing team and provide invaluable support to a team of 6 Novated Solutions Consultants.
Position Overview:
As a Settlement/Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Novated Solutions Consultants in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include administrative tasks, client communication, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and organization of sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the sales team.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the Novated Solutions Consultants, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate consultant
- Collaborate with team members to streamline internal processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Compile and analyze sales data, preparing regular reports for the sales team.
- Assist in tracking sales metrics and performance indicators.
Ideal profile
- Proven experience in a Settlement or Administrative experience.
- Background in Finance, Sales Support, CS (desired)
