Address Short Course Project Officer
About the opportunity
The Short Course Project Officer will be based within the University’s Short Course Unit, which is hosted within the College of Business and Economics. The Project Officer will play a pivotal role to enable the effective monitoring and delivery of the University’s Short Courses. This work will involve interacting effectively with stakeholders within and outside of the University as well as interacting with a range of systems to contribute to the Unit’s operations. Throughout, the Project Officer will engage in several project activities all designed to advance the University’s short course agenda and optimise its short course service capability.
What you’ll do:
Contribute to the delivery of the University’s Short Course Program, working as part of the team to monitor and support program delivery.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Engage in projects and provide project support, including relevant coordination, engagement, and reporting activities
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support within adaptive work environments.
A highly organised individual, that can demonstrate capability to deliver quality outcomes within set timeframes.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including building effective relationships across teams and individuals.
A good communicator (verbal and in writing) with the ability to present information effectively across a range of projects and tasks, some with a degree of complexity.
Previous experience and/or confidence to engage in varying systems and software is desirable.
Salary details
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 5 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $99,698 pro-rata comprising base salary within the range of $76,302 to $85,212 (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
