The Role:
An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for a Simulation Centre Technical Support Officer to join the team at Northern Health.
This role will organise the day to day operation of the Simulation Centre. Responsibilities will include prioritising and negotiating room and equipment bookings, assisting with the set-up and pack-up of equipment and rooms, troubleshooting and maintaining simulation and AV equipment, providing training to education staff in the operation of equipment, ordering stock and collecting data.
This role is an ongoing full-time position with monthly Accrued Days Off.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Clinical Background for example in allied health or nursing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Proficient computer skills
