Job Description:We are looking for a Technical Support Officer (TSO) to join our Digital & Technology (D&T) team in Victoria to provide high quality onsite and remote technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. About the roleThe Technical Support Officer (TSO) role delivers prompt and effective face-to-face or remote resolution to clients’ requirements through the provision of first and second level Technical Support for incoming service requests and incidents related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The TSO will be required to travel to SVHA facilities/sites to provide technical assistance and resolution of incidents.
They are also required to work as part of the After-Hours on-call roster. Additional responsibilities of the role include:
