Site Administrator

Silverstone has been engaged by a blue chip ASX listed mining company to source a Site Administrator for one of their mine sites in Western Australia. This leading mining company is renowned for their supportive working environment and culture and fantastic site conditions.
  
This is an initial contract position with long term/permanent potential. The roster is 4/3, flying from Perth to site on a Monday morning and returning on a Thursday evening. You must be available to start immediately!
  
Details and responsibilities include:

• General site administration support
• Assist in invoicing, purchase orders, processing of contractor timesheets
• Organising rosters and travel arrangements, booking flights etc
• Mobilisation support
• Maintaining site records and registers
• Compiling and updating reports
• Other administrative duties as required

To be considered you must meet the following criteria:

• A sound level of experience on all Microsoft Office programs
• SAP experience - Essential
• Prior experience working as a Site Administrator on a mine site
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and diligent work practices
• Excellent communication skills
