Experienced Site Administrator Administrators are needed for adhoc FIFO positions around WA.

An industry-leading contract catering and facility management provider in Australia. With over 200 sites across the country, there are a number of adhoc swings available for an experienced Site Administrator to assist with supporting the sites and projects.
Your new role
In this role your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Site Induction, Visitor Passes
- Internal And External Queries
- Travel & Accommodation Booking
- Administration Adhoc duties as required
- Liaise with Superintendents/Supervisors
- Preparing Reports and document control
- High volume of data entry with 100% accuracy
- Assist with ensuring compliance and following on-site policies
Working with departments to ensure that targets are achieved
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
- Current Drivers' Licence
- INX experience essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the local mining industry
- High level of productivity and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a team
- Proficient in MS Suites with strong capabilities in Excel & spreadsheets
- Pre-existing administration and planning experience in a similar industry
- Be able to pass a Pre-employment medical and have a clear Police check
