We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our team. You will have clear and concise communication, and have the capability to ensure the output of work is accurate and done so in a timely manner. This role will be a FIFO role, with the Project kicking off on the 19th April. Initially this is a Casual Position, with the view for Permanency.
Role responsibilities include:
- Coordination of flights and accommodation for a team of 20 plus
- Site access requests for subcontractors, visitors and short term workers
- Entering and checking timesheets and leave requests
- Reconciling and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly data or as directed by Project Managers
- Ad hoc duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed by Supervisors onsite including maintaining cleanliness of the site office and facilities
- Assisting with logistics of people and plant
- Maintaining Quals register and HSE Systems records
- Rio Tinto Inducted
- Experience with RTTMS and INX Software
- Strong Administrative experience with managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work a 8:6 roster with 12 hour days on a remote work site
- Recent FIFO experience within a Site Administrator position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore timesheet system (desirable)
- Sense of humour with the ability to work within a small team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
