  • Provide a high level of support to the department Superintendents and Supervisor teams
  • High level calendar management
  • Preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and coordinating meeting logistics
  • Coordinating and raising purchase requisitions and reservations using 1SAP and C-Res platforms
  • Coordination of events with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with the Leadership team to support on boarding of new employees
  • Travel and accommodation bookings via workflow and AEGBT portal
  • Managing confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy
  • Order and maintain office, crib and site consumables and equipment
  • Purchasing card reconciliations
  • Execution of employee and contingent worker movements in Employee Central through Administrator KPT
About YouThe successful candidate will have the following;
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of 1SAP desirable
  • High level verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and time management skills
  • Achieves results through working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple work processes in a busy and complex environment
  • C class driver's licence is a requirement for this role
