About The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic Onsite Administrator to join our onsite team in Narrogin. This role will see you play a crucial role in administration and data management for our onsite employees.
In this position, your duties will also include:

• Various administrative tasks, including uploading of documents, maintaining accommodation tracker, accurate weekly payroll entry, completion of other documentation as required.
• Updating and maintaining accurate records and documents on site.
• Maintaining and developing internal and external key relationships, and work collaboratively with our clients.
• Provide administration support to internal onsite team members.
• Assist with onboarding processes of new staff to site.
• Be willing to offer assistance and support to the Site Manager as required.

PLEASE NOT THIS IS NOT A FIFO ROLE. This role is Monday-Friday, full time hours. Hybrid options are available.

About You
To excel in this position, you should be committed to delivering results and supporting to the team.
You should also possess the following attributes:

• Administration or data entry experience is essential
• Strong computer literacy is ESSENTIAL, especially in the Microsoft Suite, and the ability to pick up other programs
• Payroll understanding, ability to reconcile timesheets to rosters, is desirable
• Have a drivers licence and own vehicle
• Be able and willing to be vaccinated against QFever
• Be vaccinated against COVID19
