Site Administrator Permanent Part-Time 7:7

About Northfields WA:

Northfields WA is a family-owned Construction, Maintenance and Building company operating primarily in the Goldfields and Perth Metro regions for 27 years.

We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to work within our growing Team. This role will answer directly to the Mobilisation & Logistics Team Leader and will work closely with our Operations Manager and Site Supervisors.

We are running a back-to-back 7:7 roster with a 2hr hand over on the morning of day 8 from our Head Office located in Bassendean.

Please note this role is Part-Time hours:

• Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm
• Weekends & Public Holidays 8am - 12pm

Role and Responsibilities:

• This is a Permanent Part-Time position with the potential for additional hours as the Company grows
• Flexible working hours for the right Candidate
• This position is based primarily in Perth with the occasional requirement for site visits of up to one week.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities include:

• Site forms and liaising with site contacts
• Procurement and Logistics
• Raising Purchase Orders
• Onboarding of staff, internal and Sub-Contractors
• Mobilisation – Booking medicals and drug and alcohol, scheduling flights
• Adhoc data entry, accounts payable support and other general administration tasks

• Ensure agreement and ongoing compliance to; Company Alcohol and illegal substance testing, Fitness for Work policies and agree to submit to random testing/screening at any time whilst Employed by the Company.

Desirable:

• Experience in a similar role
• Previous experience using WorkflowMax/Xero and Site Specific Booking Programs – Workflow, BHP
• Safety Awareness on Mine sites, Earthworks, Projects, Plant and Equipment
