As an experienced Site Administrator, you’ll join a fast-paced environment that pushes you to achieve your best as you partner with the business to deliver its products and improve its processes.
This busy role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is skilled, experienced, highly motivated and proactive. With responsibility for the provision of administration and coordination support across our Salisbury site, you will need to establish yourself at the ‘go to’ person, providing professional, timely and efficient support to the Mayne Pharma Salisbury Site.
But you won’t do it alone - you’ll be supported every step of the way. What does this involve?
Think regular 1-on-1 feedback and close contact with the Management Team and enough space to let you show your talents and make your own mark.
Your responsibilities, at a glance:
- Provide professional administrative support to the Mayne Pharma International Salisbury Site, including (but not limited to) general reception duties, mail distribution, scheduling meetings, visitor management, stationary and consumables ordering, updating intranet and other regular updates, processing invoices, monitoring site presentation, completing requested reports (internal and external) within required timeframes
- Preparation and formatting of high quality, accurate and professional business documentation, predominantly using the Microsoft Office suite
- Managing organisation and execution of all site events (external and internal) from start to finish
- Other administrative-based and support duties as required, including assisting with site projects
- Satisfy daily customer requests in a timely manner

You’ll also need to possess the following:
- Cert 4 or Diploma in Business Administration (or other relevant qualification)
- Minimum 5 years administration experience within similar position
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise from multiple sources
- An ability to maintain composure and remain customer focused when under pressure
- High attention to detail
- An approachable, mature and professional demeanour
- A ‘can do’ attitude with a focus on solutions and a drive to improve
- High standard of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work independently
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience with other databases
