Summary:
We are seeking a South-West local resident who is a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our site. The successful candidate will work Monday - Friday and be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The Site Administrator will work closely with other departments to ensure that all site operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage site activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including inventory, maintenance, and safety inspections
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all site operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Implement site policies and procedures
- Train and supervise site staff, including contractors and vendors
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in site management or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
