Our Opportunity
We are in search of a Site Supervisor capable of offering daily support to site operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of premium projects within specified timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will prioritize the safety and well-being of themselves and others in the work environment, demonstrating responsibility for any potential impacts resulting from their actions or oversights.
Your duties will include and are not limited to
- Coordinate and action daily work activities aligned with site program schedules
- Monitor supplies, proactively identifying issues with supplies and putting plans to address
- Coordinate site inductions, ensuring accurate records, registers, and licenses are in place for people and plant on site.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and creating project status reports.
- Follow all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and legislative requirements to always instil a safety culture
- Use business systems to capture and report on site operations for compliance
- Attend and participate in regular Health and Safety checks, Toolbox Meetings, Site Walks
About you
- A trade background ideally in Carpentry and/or Cert IV Building and Construction
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry as a leading hand or equivalent
- Experience in the delivery of commercial fit outs and refurbishment projects an advantage but not essential
- Strong programming skills and the ability to develop long term relationships with subcontractors to ensure projects are finished to cost, quality and timeframes
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
- You like to take reasonable care for the Safety & Wellness of yourself and others in the work environment
