You will be fortunate enough to join a stable team and have a Project Manager that has been with the company for years, working with their existing clients.
Areas of responsibility:
- Management of trades and subcontractors on site
- Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Implementation of OH&S policies
- Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
- Long- and Short-term programming
- You will be trade qualified with a stable career history within the construction industry
- Project experience up to $2M
- Strong construction foreman or Site Management experience with a reputable mid-tier would be an advantage
- Previous experience working on Commercial or Residential projects is essential
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- QBCC Supervisors Licence (ideal)
