Situated in our Fortitude Valley office, conveniently close to the Valley train station, we currently have over 60 dedicated staff members. While the initial 6 months will involve joining the office-based team, we also offer a hybrid work-from-home model for flexibility.
About the Role
SkyMesh is seeking enthusiastic individuals looking to begin their careers in entry-level positions within our dynamic industry. We have multiple openings available due to large expansion within our Technical Support team
Our Support function operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm, with the option for flexible rostered hours. We are searching for candidates with a positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills. In our Support team, you would be the first point of contact for clients seeking support via phone and/or email and live chat. We would expect you to provide accurate information on IT troubleshooting, as well as incident logging.
Full training is provided, so experience in the field is not essential however desired. An understanding of basic home networking would be advantageous however a willingness to learn is definitely required

Six months experience in a customer service/Level 1Tech support environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle conflict and resolution
Sound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office
Desire to provide an exceptional client experience
Excellent organisational skills with STRONG attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and work autonomously.
