1House is Asahi's internal integrated marketing team, dedicated to achieving marketing excellence across our portfolio of brands. As the Social Media Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brands' online presence by curating compelling content and fostering meaningful connections with our community.

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to create captivating visuals and copy, and enjoys staying ahead of the curve in Social Media trends.
Key responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging Social Media content tailored to various platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, including memes, gifs, and native content.
- Community Management: Proactively engage with our audience, responding to comments and building relationships with loyal fans.
- Social Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of Social Media strategies, identifying key opportunities for innovation and implement structure and process to content calendar planning development.
- Implementation & Reporting: Manage paid amplification of content, analyse performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 2-3+ years of experience in Social Media management from an agency, brand or freelance experience, with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.
- Filming and editing skills (low-fi mobile content)
- Ability to tap into moments of trend and incorporate into content
- Proficiency in content creation tools, strong copywriting abilities, and familiarity with social listening platforms.
- You are a culture junkie with knowledge across all things film, tv and music. More importantly, you know how to turn cultural moments into Social Media memes - knowing what content social audiences want to see.
- You love Social Media and how brands have a purpose on Social Media that sits outside of their core offering. You use social daily and understand why and what is worth stopping your scroll for.
- Passionate on how best to use Highlights vs Reels etc. you know the formats like the back of your hand.
- Understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Cloud (e.g., Photoshop), and content performance reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive mindset towards industry shifts and evolving digital landscapes.
