We have partnered with Charters Towers Community Mental Health Service to recruit experienced Mental Health Accredited Social Workers who would be interested in taking on Community Mental Health locum contracts. Charters Towers is 130km west of beautiful Townsville and is one of four rural teams within the Townsville Hospital & Health Service.
A travel allowance is offered, and accommodation is provided for the duration of the contract, this is usually shared.
To be considered for these roles:
- Must be a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker and provide evidence of accreditation status
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work
- Authorised Mental Health Practitioner
- Obtain Senior clinical experience
- Completed relevant supervisor training and evidence of such
- National Criminal Record Check or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Be an Australian Citizen or hold the relevant visa for employment in Australia
- Vaccination Category A
