• 2+yrs experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP
• Motivational leader, coach and mentor
• Passion for teamwork and inspiring others 
• Strong business acumen, kpi driven and results focused 
• Customer first approach
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
