AddressIcebergs Dining Room and Bar is searching for a highly skilled Sous Chef for their busy kitchen in Bondi Beach. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join its award wining team.
About the role
- Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
- Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
- Assist in the efficient running of Kitchen operations
- Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
- Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
- Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
