Sous Chef - Mister Bianco Italian Restaurant New Home

Mister Bianco has begun a brand new era at its new location at 26-28 Cotham Road Kew.  It is serving up an array of dining, drinking and event offerings across three fabulous spaces.  

We currently require an experienced  - SousChef, to join our dynamic, friendly and close-knit team of professionals.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have/are;

• Extensive experience in the notable restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong Italian food knowledge is preferred.
• Capable of working under pressure in a busy and faced paced environment.
• A professional and a reliable attitude.
• The ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
• The ability to prioritise workload.
