STUDIO AMAROis looking for a SOUS CHEF to join the team and helpopen Commune's newest venue.
Serving playful twists on classic Italian dishes, with a focus on regional techniques and approaches to a variety of pasta's, a wood fired grill and antipasto plates.

ABOUTYOU:
Candidates either need a qualification in Commercial Cookery with 2+ years experience as a CDP, or higher. Ideally, you have managed kitchens with teams larger than 10.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate knowledge of kitchen operations, display strong leadership qualities and be passionate about the Melbourne food scene and culture
