We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Spare Parts and Service Advisor to join our Kubota 5-star dealership located at Queanbeyan.
DAY TO DAY DUTIES INCLUDE
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers
- Process parts sales over the phone and at our parts counter which includes invoicing, picking, packing and distribution
- Spare parts interpretation
- Process internal sales to our service & sales departments
- Conduct annual and rolling stock takes
- Maintain accurate stock control
- General warehousing duties
- Scheduling in of Service Jobs
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter preferred but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift licence (advantage)
SHIFT - HOURS OF WORK
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday – 8.00 am - 5.00 pm and alternate Saturday mornings – 8.00 am - 12.00 pm
TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
