As State Manager, Victoria, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success in the Victorian market. You will spearhead their efforts to secure major infrastructure projects e.g. Transport, Energy & Utilities, focusing on building strong client relationships and delivering unparalleled service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic business development plan for Victoria.
- Identify and secure major infrastructure project opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in government and the private sector.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of consultants.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals that showcase our expertise.
- Oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proven track record of success in winning and managing large-scale infrastructure projects e.g. Transport, Energy & Utilities
- Must have extensive experience in Engineering/Project Management
- Big 4 or Management Consultancy experience
- Deep understanding of the Victorian infrastructure landscape and key players.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
