Based in their Melbourne office, you will be managing the office as well as leading from the front and billing. 70/30 Mgt/Billing. This role has the potential to progress to VIC State Director.
Responsibilities:

• Team management of exisiting staff

• Full training and development responsibility

• Hands on client management and liaison

• Hiring and attraction responsibility internally

Your role will be to consolidate and drive your business forward, hiring and developing new consultants to success. This company has recently won multiple large PSA arrangements so there's plenty of account development opportunities for your branch to go at, as well as new business opportunities in a resurgent market.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in an Agency environment ESSENTIAL

• Ideally you will have solid IT recruitment experience

• People management experience

• Client management / business development skills

• Drive, Ambition and Focus
