Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:

- Provide specific feedback to the General Manager on business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with staff and report regularly.
- Develop and maintain a Call cycle for all contacts in the Company CRM.
- Maintain CRM accuracy to 100%.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales documents based on pre-researched client pain points.
- Convey appropriate messages to C-level executives.
- Incorporate feedback from various sources.
- Provide detailed monthly reports on performance indicators.
- Create a high-performance environment within the team.
- Minimize barriers for staff to accomplish work effectively.
- Identify and nurture individuals displaying high potential.
- Ensure all staff are well-versed in Our Client's business model.
- Lead the sales and production teams.
- Oversee production schedules and project/resource requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Uphold quality control standards.
