Your new role:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join RMH@Home Acute (HITH) team. This is a casual position, covering any roster short fall, short notice leave and planned leave.
As an Administration Assistant in our RMH@Home program you will be required to support the administrative functions for the RMH@Home service. This may include revision of current administrative workflows as well as the introduction and maintenance of new administrative process. The role includes data analysis, report creation and requires an expert knowledge in computer functions.
About you:
- You have effective communication skills and proven administration experience
- Sound diary and calendar management
- Comprehensive understanding of administrative software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Skype or other video related software
- Experience working with a diverse range of work groups
- Work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
