Position Summary & Objective:
This role is to oversee & supervise many different tasks in the office administration and Stock Management roles, to ensure that these are completed in a timely manner. The main objective is that all facets of office administration and Stock Management are managed effectively & efficiently.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Data Entry (Processing stock into the retail management system)
- Budget and record management including filing and spreadsheets (experience in excel required)
- Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders
- Investigating order discrepancies, processing credit claims
- Order stock, maintaining, managing inventory ensuring products are delivered on time
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi task
- Overseeing warehouse processes
- Liaising with Operations, store, suppliers and customers
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
