Your new role
The purpose of this position is to be a key resource to the Senior Project Manager in terms of the design, coordination, and documentation of both the existing bakeries in the client’s network and the development of new bakery concepts to meet their ambitious network growth targets, and to become Australia’s leading local bakery café. In addition to playing a key role in bakery design and documentation, there is scope to be actively involved in the project management of the store refresh program.
What you'll need to succeed
The candidate must have a qualification in Architecture, Environmental Design and/or Interior Design and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience within the industry. Experience in the administration of construction contracts and management of external building contractors is required. They should have experience of developing design briefs with key project stakeholders and extensive relevant experience in a similar high-level position. Demonstrating high-level written and oral communication skills. Demonstrating the ability to prepare clear and concise reports, liaise on complex matters, and provide effective feedback to the Directors, management team, and other key stakeholders are essential.

They must hold a current “C” class driving Licence (car). They will have the ability to effectively communicate and present design ideas and concepts using graphic design software (ie Adobe suite of computer programs) as well as prepare building drawings using AutoCAD and Sketchup.
