Period of employment / Hours:
Permanent full-time (76.00 hours per fortnight) day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation)

Duties:
Primary Purpose / Focus :
- Develop and maintain standards of competency, business processes and procedures and information management, that support the Capital Development team in the successful delivery of the capital investment program.
- Coordinate the delivery of a range of capital development projects that support the Tasmanian Government’s Affordable Housing Strategy and Action Plan.
Skills and experience :
Selection criteria includes:
- Proven project management skills, ideally demonstrated in the asset management, procurement and contract administration and management environment, with demonstrated capacity to utilise contemporary information and project management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate human, financial and physical resources in an environment subject to change and competing priorities.
- High level conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to understand political, social, and organisational environments, together with the ability to identify and respond to contemporary issues impacting on the Homes Tasmania community infrastructure portfolio.

- Working towards or successful completion of qualifications relevant to the role.
