The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a team of highly trained, efficient, and supportive staff with a proven track record. Delivering a unique style of service that focuses on accuracy and attention to detail, this is an opportunity for someone forward thinking and looking for their next challenge!
- Manage approx. 600 lots
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Respond to enquiries and correspondence
- Convene and conduct meetings
- Support from Strata Assistants for fire safety and insurance renewals
The Candidate:
- 2+ years experience in Strata Management
- A current Strata Certificate
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Have a high level of computer literacy
- The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
- Maturity, strong organisation skills team player
