You will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships, optimising contracts and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand and exceed their unique needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact, fostering clear communication channels and swift issue resolution.
- Optimise the contract and find sales opportunities withing existing portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement service enhancement strategies.
- Manage client contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to negotiate contract renewals and modifications.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Implement preventative measures to minimize potential service disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure a cohesive approach to service delivery, exceeding client expectations.
- Provide leadership and support to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in client services management within the facilities services industry.
- In-depth understanding of facility management principles, practices and operations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
