The office It is situated in a prime location close to public transport facilities and cafe district. You will work with a very friendly, supportive and progressive team. We are looking for a Student Service Officer with a friendly, proactive disposition and a great work ethic to join our team. This role requires a motivated and hands on attitude.
Key responsibilities:
Student Service tasks;
Respond to queries regarding admissions process, course structures, entry requirements, student application status and any other admissions related queries;
Liaise with external stakeholders such as partnered education agencies, accommodation and OSHC providers;
Assist in timetabling students and notifying students appropriately;
Academic support;
Process enrolment variations such as cancellation, deferments and change of course as required
Coordinate and plan orientation for new students;
Maintain accurate student records and filing system;
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills including, the ability to establish rapport with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Exceptional time management, self-motivated and flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High level organisational and administrative skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong computer skills including experience with databases
Competent in the use of Student/Learning management systems
Proficiency in English both oral and written.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
