About Us:
North Shore Coaching College is a national provider of out-of-school hours academic tuition services for students 3 – 18 years old. Founded in 1991, we have over 65 campuses Australia-wide (spanning Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth), and in Hong Kong, with plans for further expansion. Our College offers extension and support term and holiday programs to meet the wide range of educational needs of our students and to allow them to realise their potential.
Your role:
Due to ongoing growth and new strategic focus, we are looking for technologically saavy, sales and customer-focussed, all rounded, mature and hands-on Student Services Officers to join our fast-growing education business based in Chatswood to service our students, parents and teachers to contribute to the growth and enhancement of brand and reputation of North Shore Coaching College.
Your ability to be involved in (and demonstrate experience in) a range of operational activities responsibly such as the following: customer service, student administration, stock control, graphic design, corporate services, facilities management, day-to-day office activities, procurement, campus operations, printing, and other ad hoc tasks, will be an advantage.

About You:
- Able to work on Saturday, Sunday and after school hours, with flexibility around school holidays;
- Hold a current driver's licence and have ready access to a car;
- Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly desirable;
- Passionate about education and making a difference;
- Committed to servicing parents, students and teachers and able to demonstrate a history of delivering sales and superior customer service;
- Have highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in a range of computing skills including databases, email, spreadsheets and word processing;
- Able to thrive on a multifaceted role and work under pressure;
- Able to demonstrate a mature approach to problem solving;
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual;
- Inspiring and enthusiastic;
- Hold or able to obtain a Working with Children Check;
- Prior experience in education and/or teaching is highly desirable;
- Have a current driver’s licence is highly desirable.
