COMPANY:
Australia's leading provider of training for the foods, tourism, hospitality and events industries.
ROLE:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Centre for Tourism and Hospitality, Hospitality Programs to ensure effective, consistent and reliable systems are in place to administer the lifecycle of the students. Provide excellent customer service that includes providing general advice to potential students, current students, employers, internal departments and the teaching staff on areas of choice of course information, enrolment procedures, timetabling, graduation and other administrative schedules and processes as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high level customer service to clients using all forms of communication for all students (current and past), employers, Government agencies and staff providing an efficient and effective information service.
- Ensure compliance with all student lifecycle reporting requirements.
- Compile statistical reports on such matters as admissions, enrolments and program completions and other student administration matters.
- Answer telephone, e-mail and personal enquiries from prospective, current and past students, providing an efficient and accurate information service. This includes providing course fee information and current student account fee information.
ABOUT YOU:
- Significant experience in an administration role which involves the coordination of a range of functions and the provision of advice and a relevant qualification preferably in administration.
- Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Demonstrated IT skills using Microsoft and various database software packages such as student management systems.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
