Continuing opportunity for a Student Services Officer.
Student Engagement and Success ensures a rich student experience through delivery of proactive initiatives that support student connections, progression and success during their time at the University of Adelaide. The unit works closely with student representatives and is responsible for orientation, program advice, academic progress and initiatives that support student retention and completion.
Working under general direction the Student Services Officer provides support services to students, staff and visitors. This role is required to have broad knowledge of the student’s lifecycle and provide direct support through omni channel services.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer centred service in a shared service model.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and adopt to new technologies
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume shared service structure providing multi-channel service delivery including face to face and call center responsibilities.
- The ability to work effectively across omni-service channels to meet demand and the student lifecycle.
- Proven keyboard skills and demonstrated familiarity with standard office applications.
