We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a specific experience working on HCM SuccessFactors projects with strong EC knowledge.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst who can offer solid experience and through-put with SuccessFactors in particular the Employee Central module. You will be working closely with the business and various stakeholders with defining the requisitions and work flowsYou will join a busy project that is in flight and will be an integral part of this HCM 'people project' where SAP SuccessFactors is playing a pivotal role so your previous experience in this space is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to HR processes and employee data management.
- SuccessFactors Implementation:
- Utilise your expertise in SuccessFactors to design, configure, and implement solutions that align with buisiness goals, with a specific emphasis on Employee Central.
- Process Optimisation:
- Evaluate existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency enhancement using SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Data Management:
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of employee data within Employee Central, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and security.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and generate comprehensive reports and analytics using SuccessFactors tools to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
