SalaryEngage Psychology is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in a Clinical Practice Supervisor role.
The role is open to Queensland practitioners, or those residing outside of Qld who have a working knowledge of the DSA and Child Protection policy.
The role may be undertaken as work from home, or onsite at our Ipswich clinic. We are located about 40 minutes from Brisbane (avoid peak hour traffic chaos!).

The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified practitioner to join our team in one of our Practice Supervisor roles. The Principal Behaviour Support Clinician and other senior clinicians in our multi-disciplined team support the Practice Supervisor.
The candidate will have an excellent understanding of positive Behaviour Support, restrictive practices, and writing/ evaluating positive Behaviour Support plans. You will provide regular supervision and mentorship for clinicians and be an active part of stakeholder relationships with the supervisee clinician as needed (via telelink).
Another component of the role is editing the clinician's written work. We have a high standard for our written plans, and all work must be reviewed at least once before release.

- Casual WFH role: 10-15 hours per week
- $75 per hour
About you
- The role is open to psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists with credentials in positive Behaviour Support.
- Formal training in positive Behaviour Support and experience in writing and implementing plans.
- Strong knowledge of legislations and best practice regarding positive Behaviour Support and restrictive practices
- Ability to switch between working autonomously and collaboratively, as needed.
- A desire to mentor clinicians.
- Has a strong ethical compass and cultivates credibility.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
