Form of work Any Meat Pty Ltd is currently seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of meat orders from production to delivery, facilitating transactions between Australian and South American Meat Processors and our valued buyers in the Middle East and North Africa.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 Years of Expertise with an extensive background in the meat industry specialising in international transportation and logistics of perishable food products, covering both frozen sea shipments and chilled air transport.
• Proven experience working with meat importers in Middle East countries. Proficiency in local languages, particularly Arabic or Farsi, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with meat import requirements and regulations in key Middle Eastern countries.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing the Supply Chain with Brazilian food processors. Proficiency in Portuguese is considered a valuable asset.
• In-depth knowledge of Red Meat language, including the identification of cuts, understanding packaging varieties, and adherence to industry protocols.
• Understanding shipping document requirements and possess the ability to prepare the same in accordance with specific destination country regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Salary:
$75,000 per annum (inclusive of housing and car allowance) plus superannuation.
