The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical, strategic and commercially astute Supply Chain expert, that has a passion for driving best-in-class Supply Chain operations within highly complex environments.
As the Supply ChainWarehouse Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic decision-making process by collaborating closely with the Managing Director, Finance (Corporate Services), and the Executive Leadership Team.
Your Talents
The primary objective is to provide critical commercial insights that support long-term strategic growth and cost optimization throughout the Supply Chain network, increasing inventory visibility and improving stock availability.

- Identification of Obsolete and Slow-Moving Stocks:
Conduct a thorough overall assessment to identify obsolete and slow-moving stocks within the company's inventory. Streamline stock levels for optimal efficiency.
- Identification of Transferable Stocks to 3PL:
Identify stocks that are suitable for transfer to our client's 3PL partners. Ensuring that the selection process is meticulous and aligns with our client's logistics strategy.
- Collaboration with Existing Logisitics Contractor for Optimal Performance:
Work closely with our clients existing Logistics Contractor, to enhance performance and operational efficiency. Seek opportunities for improvement and seamless collaboration.
- Assistance in 3PL Transformation:
Provide support in the transformation process towards 3PL integration. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation. Identifying, analysing, and mitigating potential risks during the transition process to ensure a smooth and successful integration of 3PL services.
about you….
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven expert knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehousing and Distribution global level
- Strong analytical and commercial insights expertise
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data from specialist teams across the portfolio, to document and translate business requirements to inform solutions to the business and system problems!
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in developing and executing large transformation projects
- Previous experience with automation, large system implementation and remapping distribution centres is essential
- Demonstrated experience in business planning, budget control, cost management, transports, and procurement operations
- Experience in the management of projects such as high-performance logistics
- experience on CorePlus (WHS) Warehouse Management Software
- Business/process Transformation mindset a MUST!!
