Support Consultant (Suits Accounting/Business Graduate)

We are currently on the lookout for a Support Consultant to join our fun, friendly and fast paced team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an Accounting background (through study or work) to utilise their knowledge to assist our customers with BGLs award winning accounting software. This is a great opportunity for someone to build their knowledge in the area of Self-Managed Superannuation and Corporate Compliance. BGL provides their team members ample training and resources to assist them in being successful in their role and ongoing training opportunities to assist them.

You would be responsible for handling client queries in a timely manner while working toward daily individual and team KPIs providing a high level of quality support to our clients.

About you

•  You’ll be comfortable making a high volume of calls on a daily basis with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges;
•   You are personable and have a can-do attitude;
•   You are a graduate in Business/Accounting/Commerce;
•   You’ll bring exceptional time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;
•   You are looking for a fun, friendly and fast paced team.

Previous experience in customer service will be highly valuable.
