BIZLINK is a Perth based not-for-profit Disability Employment Service. We assist people with all types of disabilities, barriers and backgrounds. We have been dedicated to Employment Support Services since 1992. We are looking for suitable applicants to be based at our Midland office. Experience working with people with disability is not essential. We require people who share our values and want to be part of a supportive team that is committed to quality employment. Work-based training is provided.
Salary & Benefits:
Wage (dependent on previous relevant experience), plus 11% superannuation, 17.5% leave loading & salary sacrifice
Plus vehicle, laptop and mobile phone, private use as per policy
Support Coordinators assist people with disability both on and off-site with employment-related training, work experience and employment. They are flexible, have training skills, can implement a variety of support techniques and work well in a team and autonomously. They can address the holistic needs of people with disability whilst attending to employer’s quality and quantity expectations in a variety of worksites.
Essential:
• A strong commitment to the BIZLINK values
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem solving and organisation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Current driver’s licence
Desirable:
• Experience working with people with disability
• Experience in training
• Relevant training and qualifications
