Job description

An opportunity exists for a motivated person to join our team to make an impact on the lives of people with disability.

If you have advanced communication and organisational skills, and want to work in a great supportive team with access to salary packaging benefits, this Echuca based position could be for you.

Duties include:

  • Collaborating with NDIS participants, their families and carers,
    assisting them to understand, implement, manage and review their NDIS Plans.
  • Promoting the independence of people living with a disability to achieve their life goals by assisting them to establish connections with service providers.
  • Regularly monitoring and reviewing plans, recording and reporting outcomes to the Participant and NDIA within required timeframes.
  • Facilitating NDIS participants, their families and carers to build capacity to manage their own NDIS plans and exercise choice and control over the supports they receive.

About You:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with others, provide and accept advice and assistance from colleagues to meet common goals
  • Demonstrated highly developed written and verbal communication, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Creative and effective problem solving skills 
  • Support Coordination or Case Management experience  and or Disability sector experience preferred
