Survey Team Leader

Whether you're already experienced in leading a team or keen to take on a new challenge, Bennett + Bennett are currently seeking a motivatedSurvey Team Leader with Spatial/Detail experienceto lead and mentor our innovative, dynamic, and growing SiteMap Surveying team. This role will be based in our Brisbane office and will entail a wide variety of spatial survey tasks including the supervision of a small team.

Your main duties as our Survey Team Leader will include:

• Managing a growing team of Surveyors to deliver Detail and Spatial Projects
• Mentorship and training of the Survey team
• Quality Assurance and finalisation of Project Deliverables
• Communication with the Survey team, site contacts and Project managers to ensure project continuity
• Project and staff Scheduling
• Reporting project, staffing and forecast updates to the Brisbane SiteMap Manager

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for working with a top-tier team of professionals
• Completion of a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Surveying
• Experience in the Spatial Surveying field
• Medium to High Level knowledge and skills in 12d software
• Proficient with other surveying software, such as StarNET, Trimble Business Centre and AutoCAD
• Prior experience with Laser scanning and Point Cloud Registration highly regarded
• Advantageous to have prior experience in Department of Transport and Main Roads surveys
• Proficiency in operating Trimble or Leica Survey equipment
• Registration as an Associate (or above) in QLD is very highly valued
