Department Manager
As a Department Manager at H&M, you will spend 80% of your time where it all happens – on the shop floor. It’s an incredibly, fun, dynamic and important role, because a big part of your job is supporting your colleagues and leading your team to reach your common goals and deliver the best customer experience. By listening to your teams’ ideas and helping them develop their skills, you’ll empower them to achieve great results.
