As the Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the LMS and e-learning programs as well as the administration of business process and data requirements within the safety and training team to monitor, create and improve training strategies for Worsley.Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: • Provide all necessary administration and data services to meet Worsley Training Scheme in accordance with ISO9001.• Ensuring all data is entered correctly to enable accurate reporting.• Scheduling of training to meet the gaps identified.• Assist and support site with new releases and model's system upgrades.ABOUT YOU You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: • Minimum 2 years of similar experience• Knowledge of principles and concepts related to operating and maintaining operational equipment.• Interpersonal and communication skills, able to relate, influence and persuade at all levels of the organisation.• Resilience and flexibility • Ensure you are consistently displaying behaviours in line with the S32 Core Values, Trust, Care, Togetherness and Excellence.• Ability to develop common systems and standards working with staff not under direct authority lines.
