Fresh Select is seeking an adept Systems Analyst to drive the implementation of an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) project and play a vital role in the continuous improvement of cloud-based systems and operational enhancements. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution in a dynamic and culture rich environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to deliver this transformation project and drive substantial improvements across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business needs, analyse current processes and engage with various internal/external stakeholders at the operation and management level to ensure successful implementation of the ERP
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and software vendor in the design and documentation of business processes and work instructions to enable the implementation of the new ERP.
- Execute all data migration activities
Champion all test phases to ensure alignment to business requirements and outcomes - Support organisational change activities including identifying change impacts, training needs and assisting with communications and transition activities to ensure business readiness.
- Assist in the identification and management of issues and risks.
- Assist in project planning, delivery and reporting
- Work closely with the relevant software vendors to roll out implementation
- Work collaboratively with our Group Financial Controller, consulting CTO, and remote IT Managed Services team to ensure seamless system functionality and data integrity.
About you
You're someone who possesses excellent communication (verbal and written), collaboration and facilitation skills. You can demonstrate career experience implementing an ERP / system integration, as well as documenting requirements and data mapping. You will have a good balance of technical and analytical skills.
Must have’s
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
- Strong ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams
- Experience facilitating System / Integration / User Acceptance Testing
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite in Werribee South, with potential occasional travel to other facilities
Experience in working with finance systems and finance departments would be advantageous.
