A Systems Coordinator is sought by a busy specialist Fit Out Contractor, to manage the company health, safety, environmental and quality systems.The Opportunity:
- Working for an established Fit Out Contractor on commercial fit out and refurbishment projects from $500k - 10 million.
- You will be working in an office based role, overseeing all health and safety implementation and systems management
- Responsible for all compliance for HSEQ, as well as State Legislation and ISO accreditation
- Maintaining staff records, training, risk assessment and auditing
- $80 - 100k package
- Immediate start

- An established and reputable Head Fit Out Contractor
- T/0 $20 million
- Reporting to a Director, working closely with the Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Site Managers
- Fit Out projects typically in the $500k - 10 million range
- Solid client base with full order book of work for 2024

- A WHS Diploma or Cert IV is advantageous, not not essential
- Previous systems coordination experience with Principal Contractor in NSW essential
- High attention to detail
- Highly IT Literate, with solid systems management experience and knowledge of Hammertech
- Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy builder
- Presentable with good communication
- Highly proactive with a willingness to offer the extra yard
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills
- Approachable, with strong interpersonal skills
