We have an exciting project opportunity for a proactive, passionate Talent Acquisition expert to join our People and Culture team to help shape the direction of processes and strategies for the sourcing, engagement, and selection of talent.
This project role will work with the People and Culture team to ensure the business provide the best-in-class internal attraction and recruitment experience. The role includes strategically identifying and building talent pools to meet our current and future resourcing requirements across the healthcare recruitment space.
- Lead the entire recruitment process for all available roles, from initial sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing of talent pools
- Develop effective keep in touch / stay connected strategies
- Working with the Marketing team on the development of targeted campaigns
- Recommending attraction and selection process improvements and introducing innovative ideas to engage talent
The role would suit an experienced, system savvy Talent Acquisition Consultant or Internal Recruiter with expertise in establishing and building processes that will optimise the recruitment function. You will be a problem solver with the ability to think creatively to develop innovative strategies, attracting top talent.
