About the role:
Supported by an experienced and hands-on team, your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to proactively source and build an ongoing relationship with IT candidates.
Each day will provide you with new challenges and opportunities as you help Beacham Group source and build relationships with the best IT talent in Perth.
You’ll have an opportunity to leverage your genuine and positive disposition, working with referred and current Beacham Group candidates as you evaluate and assess their fit for key job requirements.
There will be many different people you’ll get to meet and work with as you help some of WA’s leading employers recruit some of the best and brightest IT talent in Perth.
It will see you, day to day:
Plan,research and source specific IT talent for future job opportunities
Follow the Beacham Group assessment system to ensure quality recruitment outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with the best technology talent
Work collaboratively with other members of the team Your Background:
You are a friendly and driven achiever – conscientious, thorough, enthusiastic, disciplined and achieve whatever you set your mind to. Your exceptional work speaks for itself.
Prior work experience in either customer service, B2B, B2C or IT and technology.
You enjoy being proactive, taking responsibility and being accountable for delivering results as well as providing exceptional customer service to a range of IT professionals.
A University Degree would be highly valued (technology, engineering, commerce, marketing, PR, entrepreneurship).
