No previous legal recruitment experience necessary, we are a talent team from all different backgrounds, and value the diversity of experience. With Brisbane and Melbourne having the highest hiring needs, we would see this role being successful in either location. • Your focus on creating positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers will solidify our reputation in the market.
• You'll be leading the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering an engaging and collaborative hiring experience, and translating our diversity and inclusion ambitions into results. You get that you can make a difference at every single stage of the hiring journey.
• Last but not least, you will be instrumental in providing coaching and guidance to hiring managers on all aspects of recruitment, because you are the expert!
